UPDATE, 3/1/2023, 3 p.m.: DOTD has announced changes to its original release on the construction projects.

Drivers will not be prevented from crossing Johnston Street from Southcity Parkway to Duhon Road and vice-versa. The only restrictions to traffic at the intersection will be the prohibition of drivers on Johnston Street to turn left onto either Duhon Road or Southcity Parkway. More Here
